The 11+ English Club

Acceptance of Terms: By registering for membership with The 11+ English Club ("the Club"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and any amendments made to them.

Membership Eligibility: 

Membership is open to individuals who are preparing for their 11+ or entrance school exams. The membership is not transferable. 

The membership is not to be used by tutors, educators or educational institutions for commercial purposes. 

Membership Registration: 

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Membership Fees: 

Membership fees are non-refundable and are subject to change with prior notice. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

In the case of any refunds, there is a 10% administrative fee to cover any charges we incur. 

Membership Benefits: 

As a member of The 11+ English Club, you will have access to exclusive resources, tutorials, and support materials aimed at assisting with 11+ English preparation.

Use of Club Materials: 

All materials provided by the Club are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, or use the materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Club.

Code of Conduct: 

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner when interacting with other members, instructors, and staff of the Club. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or abusive language, may result in immediate termination of membership.

Intellectual Property: 

All content provided by the Club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the Club and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use of the Club's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy Policy: 

The Club respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination of Membership: 

All members have access to their billing information where they can cancel their membership at any time. Users will still have access to the membership up until the date of their next payment. 

Members are responsible for managing their own memberships and should plan their payments and access accordingly and in line with any exam deadlines. 

The Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to all membership benefits and materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties: 

The Club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the materials provided. Your use of the materials is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: 

In no event shall the Club be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your membership or use of the Club's materials.

Governing Law: 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments to Terms: 

The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Club's website. Your continued use of the Club's services after the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

By registering for membership with The 11+ English Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for membership or use the Club's services.
